Processing time

All orders are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there's a significant delay in shipping your order, we'll contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates and carrier

FACTORFIVE ships all orders from our warehouse in Chico, CA. The carrier is determined by the weight and dimensions of the package and the destination address. If you need a specific carrier, please note it when you order.

Shipping options

We offer free Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders.

Faster delivery is available at checkout for an additional cost, calculated based on your order and destination.

We do not currently offer international shipping. For international inquiries, contact us at customerservice@factorfiveskin.com and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.
