How many points do I earn for each purchase?
You earn 5 points for every dollar spent, so every purchase brings you closer to great rewards!
Can I earn points for other activities?
Yes! In addition to purchases, you can earn points for activities like celebrating your birthday (125 points), signing up for our program (25 points), and following us on social media (25 points per platform).
Do I get anything for referring a friend?
Yes! When you refer a friend and they make their first order, both you and your friend will receive a $10 off coupon! It’s a win-win for you both!
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for exclusive coupons, discounts, free products, and gift cards. The more points you earn, the more rewards you can enjoy!
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will start to expire 2 years (720 days) from the date you earn them. After that, any unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis if you haven’t engaged in points activity for 2 years (720 days) or more.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
How long do I have to achieve a VIP tier?
You have one calendar year to achieve a VIP tier. Once you qualify for a tier, you’ll maintain that status for the remainder of the calendar year and the following full calendar year.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit on how many points you can earn. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate!
