Domestic Shipping Policy*

Thank you for shopping with FACTORFIVE. The following constitutes FACTORFIVE’s shipping policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates and Carrier Method

FACTORFIVE uses a third-party warehouse to distribute all orders. The carrier method is determined by the weight and dimensions of the packages and the destination address. If you require a specific carrier you must specify when you order.

Express shipping is available upon request and the cost will be calculated at the time of the order based on the weight and dimensions and the destination address.

Refund Policy

Request a Return Authorization by calling (530) 715-4775 or email us at  customerservice@factorfiveskin.com or reach out directly to your FACTORFIVE rep for assistance.

 If requested, mail your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by the customer service representative. Include the packing slip or other proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase and will usually be issued within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return.

 

Products must have been purchased directly from www.factorfiveskin.com or an authorized FACTORFIVE provider. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other professional outlets or third-party vendors. If you are unsure whether or not you bought your product from a FACTORFIVE provider, please email customerservice@factorfiveskin.com. Please contact our offices within 30 days (unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion) of the date the product was purchased.

 

Resale Protection Policy

FACTORFIVE does not allow or support any non-authorized wholesale customer to re-sell any FACTORFIVE product.
